Collection of fungi has been in the process of forming since 2002. So far around 700 specimens have been collected and prepared, mainly from Lovćen and Durmitor. Major part of material has been taxonomically determined.

Over 800 species of macromicetes were described from teritory of Montenegro, till now.

ILINKA ĆETKOVIĆ

I was born in Žabljak, Montenegro on 31 May 1972, where I completed my elementary and secondary education. In 1998 I graduated from The Faculty of Science, Department for Biology, with average grade 7.71. Since June 2002 I have been employed in Natural History Museum of Montenegro as a curator in The Fungi Collection.
