CONTENT OF SOME MICROELEMENTS IN THE RED HEAD GRASS FROM LAKE OHRID

Synopsis

The aim of this work was to determine the content of Al, Zn, and Ni in the Red Head Grass Potamogeton perfoliatus L. from Lake Ohrid.

The plant material was collected by standard lymnological methods from 3 localities along the Ohrid Lake's coast: Sateska, Daljan, and Grasnica.

The results of investigations show that there are the differences in the content of microelements (Al, Zn, and Ni) between particular investigated localities.

The differences in the content of investigated microelements in Red Head Grass are most due to the to the different ecological conditions in the investigated localities, especially to the nutrient amount.

Sinopsis

SADRŽAJ NEKIH MIKROELEMENATA KOD PRORASLOG MRESNJAKA IZ OHRIDSKOG JEZERA

Cilj ovog rada bio je da se odredi sadržaj nekih mikroelemenata (Al, Zn i Ni) kod proraslog mresnjaka Potamogeton perfoliatus L. iz Ohridskog jezera.

Biljni materijal je kolekcioniran standardnim limnološkim metodama sa tri lokaliteta duż obale Ohridskog jezera: Sateska, Daljan i Grašnica.

Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da postoje razlike u sadržaju mikroelemenata (Al, Zn i Ni) između pojedinih istraživanih lokaliteta.

Razlike u sadržaju istraživanih mikroelemenata kod proraslog mresnjaka rezultat su različitih ekoloških uslova koji vladaju u istraživanim lokalitetima, a osobito količine nutrujenata.
