Retention
of added fluoride in two different soils from Montenegro

The
purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the soil ability to sorb added
soluble fluoride, through a short experiment – 1 hour to 10 days. All analyzed
soil samples contain high total fluoride (over 300 ppm) from geochemical
sources, but there is also an evidence of soil contamination with fluoride from
sewage materials from the aluminum plant. Both soil types have shown significant
ability to adsorb added soluble F, although acid cambisol had more favorable
conditions for the fluoride adsorption. The results obtained indicate that, in
the case of soils contamination with fluoride, its higher accumulation in plants
could be expected in fluvisols.

Zadržavanje
dodatog fluora u dva različita zemljišta
iz crne gore
Svrha
ovog istraživanja je da procijeni sposobnost zemljišta da adsorbuje dodati
rastvorljivi fluorid, preko kratkog eksperimenta od 1 sata do 10 dana. Svi
analizirani uzorci zemljišta sadrže visok procenat fluora (preko 300 ppm) iz
geohemijskih izvora, ali takodje postoji dokaz o zagadjenju zemlje fluorom od
otpadnog materijala iz fabrike aluminijuma. Oba tipa zemljišta su pokazala značajnu
sposobnost da adsorbuju dodati
rastvorljivi F, mada kiseli cambisol ima pogodnije uslove za adsorbciju fluora.
Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na to da, u slučaju zagadjenja zemljišta
fluorom, može se očekivati njegova veća akumulacija u biljkama na
fluvisolu.
