ANALYSIS OF TEHNICAL-TEHNOLOGICAL RISKS
AND MODELLING OF CONSEQUENCES UPON HUMAN ENVIRONMENT

Synopsis
The contradictions regarding some uncertain
strategies and development and protection of human environment are evident. The
diversity of activities of Man in the human environment imposes the question as
to whether these uncertain strategies can be controlled and the consequences
that might arise from them. In this context, particular attention is paid to
industrial risks that are present during the operation of many technological
systems as well as the mode of managing of these risks. Since definition of
risks and their mangement is quite a complex problem depending on a number of
factors, there shall be proposed a global, generalized model for all these
uncertain strategies.
Presented further shall be the application of the model of consequences
on human environment (example - the smeltery for lead and zinc "Zletovo"
from Veles

Sinopsis
ANALIZA TEHNIČKO-TEHNOLOŠKIH RIZIKA I MODELIRANJE POSLJEDICA NA
ČOVJEKOVO OKRUŽENJE
Evidentne su
kontradikcije koje se odnose na neke neizvjesne strategije, razvoj i zaštitu životne
sredine. Raznovrsnost aktivnosti Čovjeka u životnoj sredini nameće
pitanje da li se ove neizvjesne strategije mogu kontrolisati i koje posljedice
iz njih mogu nastati. U ovom kontekstu, posebna pažnja posvećuje se
industrijskim rizicima prisutnim u funkcionisanju mnogih tehnoloških sistema
kao i načinu upravljanja ovim rizicima. Kako je definisanje
rizika i upravljanje njima kompleksan problem koji zavisi od velikog
broja činilaca, predložiće se globalni, uopšteni model za sve
nesigurne strategije. Slijedi prezentacija primjene modela posljedica na čovjekovo
okruženje (primjer - topionica olova i cinka "Zletovo" iz Velesa.
