EXCELLENCY  BASED ON EMS

S y n o p s i s

The work has presented the model of EMS (Enviromental Management System) excellency that has not been aimed at the implementation of any straying away from TQM model, but to give preferential treatment to the basic aspiration that is fully included in the prefix.

The basic reason for the affirmation of this approach and the introduction of awards for the environmental protection can be expressed by advantages that are classified in four categories:

v                       the development of organization,

v                       saving,

v                       competitive advantage, and

v                       the reduction of risk

The accepted approach, which absolutely affirms the attitude to the environmental protection and which would be supported by a corresponding award, would claim the continuity of improvement to be defined and stated in order to go through three phases for  one award.

IZVRSNOST ZASNOVANA NA EMS

Rad je predstavio model izvrsnosti EMS- (Enviromental Management System) koji nema za cilj odudaranje od modela TQM, već da omogući preferencialni tretman osnovnih težnji koja je u potpunosti uključena u prefiks.

Osnovni razlog za afirmaciju ovog pristupa i uvođenje nagrada za zaštitu životne sredine može se izraziti prednostima koje su klasifikovane u četiti kategorije:

v                       razvoj organizacije,

v                       štednja,

v                       konkurentska prednost, i

v                       smanjenje rizika

Prihvaćeni pristup, koji apsolutno afirmiše pristip zaštiti životne sredine i koji bi bio podržan odgovarajućom nagradom, zahtijevao bi kontinuitet poboljšanja koji treba definisati i  navesti kako bi se prošlo kroz tri faze za jednu nagradu.
