Telencefalon je najpromenljivija struktura mozga riba i razlikuje se od
vrste do vrste. Studija predstavlja pokušaj da se ispita ćelijska
struktura telencefalona Scyliorhinus canicula. Identifikacija telencefaličnih
jedara vršena je na preparatima obojenim metodima Nissla i Golgi. Na osnovu
veličine i oblika neuronskog tijela i njihovih nastavaka, analizirano je više
od 300 nervnih ćelija. Nervne ćelije u telencefalonu se razlikuju
znatno po : veličini i obliku neuronskog tijela, dendritskoj
arborizaciji i dendritskom polju prostiranja. Specifičan je aranžman
neurona u određenim strukturama.
Ključne
riječi: Scyliorhinus canicula, telencefalon, nervne
ćelije.
GOLGI
STUDY OF TELENCEPHALON IN SCYLIORHINUS
CANICULA
The telencephalon is the most variable structure of the fish brain and it
differs from species to species. This study represents an attempt to investigate
the cellular structure in telencephalon of Scyliorhinus canicula.
Identification of telencephalic nuclei in Scyliorhinus canicula was based
on Nissl and Golgi methods. More then 300 cells have been examined on the basis
of size and shape of the neuronal body and their processes. The nerve cells in
the telencephalon differ considerably in size of cell bodies, their dendritic
arborization and dendritic field radius. There is a specific arrangement of
neurons in certain structures.
Key
words: Scyliorhinus
canicula, telencephalon, nerve cells.
