Morfometrijska analiza neurona

Neuroni telencefalona teleoste, Serranus scriba, obojene metodom Golgi, obrađeni su kvantitativno. Za svaku ćeliju vršena su slijedeća mjerenja: ukupna dužina dendrita, površina neuronskog tijela, maksimalni dijametar neuronskog tijela i broj dendritnih grana po dendritu u svim identifikovanim jedrima. Dobijeni razultati ističu jasnu diferencijaciju ćelija strijatuma.

NEURONS IN TELEOST SERRANUS SCRIBA

S y n o p s i s

The telencephalon neurons of teleost fish, Serranus scriba, which were impregnated by Golgi method, were used for quantitative analysis. For each cell the soma size, the total dendritic length, the maximum soma diameter  and number of dendritic branches per dendrite were calculated in all identified nuclei. The results point out a marked differentiation of striatal cells.
